Can a marketing campaign ever be truly targeted?
No matter how brilliantly planned and executed a marketing campaign is some of the budget is wasted by the message not reaching its target audience - as a corollary adverts are rarely written purely for their target audience in the hope that they trap some other potential customers and so the message is diluted.
