Alternative Power Capture and Storage

One of the areas becoming more and more prevalent in the world of entrepreneurship is Climate Change. This is of particular interest to us at Budding Entrepreneur because we love innovation plus, along with a growing majority, have serious concerns about the direction in which our consumption is growing to greater dangers for the planet, its current inhabitants and, perhaps more importantly, our childrens' generation.

Lots has been made of the unreliability of alternate power sources - be these tidal, hydro, solar, wave etc. What happens when the wind's not blowing or the sun's not shining? How do we store power for usage later?

Several innovative, large scale solutions have been posited. These range from enormous underground caverns containing compressed gas, to be released when power is needed to the development of fuel cells and more advanced battery technologies.

Now, why we certainly don't claim to have a complete solution, we have been looking into this and have something which we think s worthy to be considered alongside the aforementioned conceptual technologies.
